I think this is considered an off center strike. But either way it's pretty darn sweet! Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I think it's a MisAligned Die (MAD). Off-center strike is when both sides of the coin are out of proper orientation by the same amount.

The reverse is normal, is just a case of a misaligned die strike(MAD)

It is a MAD and off enough for a small premium.
