I'd call this one EF-40. Full breastplate, sharp sandal detail, decent head detail, strong eagle feathers, clear separation between the eagle's left leg and breast area. Nice!

What is that shiny area at 8:00 near the reverse rim? It almost looks like somebody took an eraser to it....
