Are those toning streaks? If they're not scratches, I'd say AU-53 with beautiful toning. But if that's a gouge on the reverse, an unfortunate AU details.

The carbon streak on the obverse is a bit distracting but I agree if the reverse mark is a scratch then sadly AU details. Beautiful toning. Or maybe a mint error via struck through debris I wait for experts on this series to chime in.
