Looks to be a fine UNC piece. The bag marks and chatter on the obverse hold it back a bit . . MS62.

High end AU to me. There are a boat load of 1879 through 1881 "O" mint dollars out in coinland that are like this. They look like the were placed in circulation for a few days and then magically withdrawn from circulation.

These silver coin must be uncirculated low grade condition with those bad marks on the surface to be honest with you

You mean these is unissued piece after release out then collected back for destroying as result

I don't think they were pulled back from circulation to be destroyed. I just think it is weird that there is an abnormal amount of near-miss unc 1879-O through 1881-O dollars out in coin land. (The same holds true for 1884-S dollars!). Why? I do not know.
