Hi Mc..I can see very slight wear on the letters and date on the reverse so, AU-58 don't believe it would make mint state.

I'm with coinfrog on this one, having a hard time grading a toned coin. I did think it was MS60, I do like coinfrogs grade but I don't think so, thanks guys.
