I found this 1964-P nickel in a bank roll, and I think there is a minor lamination issue around the date:

I believe it is a Lam. There's a remainder of the 4 in the void. I don't think that would be there if it was damage.

I am not really familiar with the LAMs on Clad coins - I wasn't really seeing the shadow (that is my name for it) of the 4 under there, but these other experts know there stuff.
