My question is whether this is misleading, because title says 1909S but there is no 1909S in the desccription or pictures.

The only people that would know the significance of the 1909 S would not be fooled into thinking its there. I wouldn't bother reporting this thing.

I agree with Jaysdad. I think they have this in the title just to be a keyword for searching. 1909s is a huge search word for a lot of folks. It gets them exposure.
