2001 FS Jefferson Nickel With Crown Marking And Reverse Smooth Beveled-Edge

Found this taking change out of my pocket.

Interesting find.

D mint marking.

FS under Jefferson bust on observe side.

Number1 or a notched-
Inward arrow resting on Jefferson's crown observe side.

Reverse is Monticello bust without full detail encompassed by a negatively sloping beveled edge which is virtually entirely smooth.

What am I dealing with here?

To what end, Mr. Mike; and moreover: why?

Was the last 45 minutes of my time utterly wasted and should I have gone to cash my check before clearing the brush in back of my Mother-in-law's yard?

FS is on all nickels, it's the designers initials. Die chip on top of head. Back has been destroyed with a grinder. Keep looking, and stay with us a while, there is a lot of info here.
