The overall size looks normal from what I can see. Slight MD/ejection doubling may have altered the devices a bit on almost the tops of the devices.If this were a doubled die, the doubling would be usually on the fields coming up from there. 
This also enlarges the devices a bit. (note example on the right side of the image)
On your coin I don't see this happening.
