From everything ive heard/seen, these doubled dies are obvious with the naked eye, so I'm inclined to say no... I'm sorry

There is a minor 1969-S doubled die obverse, but this isn't it.

Might compare to coppercoins three known examples or should say other two examples as the big one is a no doubter. I don't see anything that stands out with the current images. Thanks, Doug.
