Wow! That is awesome! But I don't know much about currency so I can't really help you.

Here is a frame of reference for this bills cent.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/TRUE-SUPER-...AOSw241Ygu87
I would stress, however, that I believe that values for bills are not percentage based. So a $100 bill with the same cool serial is not worth 100X the $1 with the same serial.
EDIT:
Very nice find.

It's a binary radar note.

How much you get for it depends upon how you plan on selling it. Dealers on CoolSerialNumbers.com have something similar for sale for $500.

If you sell to a dealer, expect to get 50-60% of the retail price. If you sell through an auction, expect to pay fees and shipping -- and hope it doesn't get lost on the way to the buyer.

If you can get to a coin show, you can show it to several dealers and take an offer you feel comfortable with. Don't make yourself crazy trying to get top dollar. A dealer can easily get it certified and then resell it.

Of course, if you're a collector -- KEEPER! Enjoy.

I personally don't think you will get much for it in the condition it's in. (Corner bumps and folds) If you like it enough and tying up $100 isn't a problem, then it's probably a keeper.

and nice find. Let us know what you decide to do with it.

There are at least a couple members here that collect $100 notes with serial numbers such as the one you have, but they're generally CU.

Too many fresh-pack options for this sort of thing for the rare $100 fancy S/N collector. Hate to say it, but not worth keeping.
