Both buildings are still beautiful examples of period architecture.

Nice note, too!

Does anybody out there have the latest price guide; if so, are you able to share with me what the value of this note shows in the guide. I don't have many US notes, so I don't invest in the guide.
thanks,

I'd suggest searching Heritage Auctions "sold" listings to get an idea of the current value of your note.

Price guides versus current auction records for Nationals usually don't jive.

Bottom line is the note is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

Checking Heritage for sales of early nationals is a good idea, but the field is so vast that comps are unlikely. Nationals are the wild, wild west of PM collecting, and probably always will be.

There are no "price guides" for this particular note. Are you interested in selling?

The note is worth whatever you and a willing buyer agree is a fair price.

A note that sold for 1000$ ten years ago might sell for 500$ today......OR might sell for 1500$ tomorrow IF the right buyer is in the marketplace.

The number of collectors actively looking for a particular note from a particular bank is usually pretty small.

Put it up for auction or put it on ebay with a high price with a buy it now. You will see truly what your note is worth then
