My parents have traveled a little and so have their friends. They've collected an assortment of coins from around Europe (Denmark, Italy, France, etc) and also collected coins from Liberia, Cuba, Israel#8203;, Cypress, etc.

We can't identify one coin though and I was hoping for some help.

It's a silver colored coin, about 15mm in diameter, portrait on the back is male with glasses, front of the coin seems to be a bird with a helmet.

I went through some online coin databases and closest I could find was some coins from Thailand.

Thanks for any help!

The reverse image looks similar to Y#65, but it is not that coin. Now, are you sure it is 15 millimetres and not 25? Because other than that, it matches up perfectly with 1 baht from 1974 (Y#100).

Do you have a pic of the other side.

Could be a child/youthfull head, giving it much more value.

Apologies, yes it's 25mm. I don't know if it's a child's head on the back, I'm going to guess no.
