Went with my two older daughters (10 and 7) and when leaving one said "Dad, I didn't like it... I loved it!" Really a great way to pass sone time, I picked up 6 walkers, a Franklin, and an SLQ for my albums, while the girls went for older coins, Indian Head cents, dimes, nickels. A couple dealers gave them some freebies. We got to see a 1909 s vdb in the flesh, a 1794 large cent, and more. Will probably go there a few times per year, let's see if the interest maintains but it was a good start!

When my girls, now 30 and 25 were young, I took them to a lot of smaller coins shows. You could not believe how many "freebies" they came away with because they were cute girls who were actually interested in coins.

Unfortunately, that phase of their lives, when they were young and interested in coins, has not lasted.

What fun! Started my now 29 year old going to shows with me when he was around 8.

Dealers were all the time giving him a little something.
Hope your girls continue to enjoy it! Mine went with me to the ANA show last month.
We still have a great time at coin shows.
