1999-D Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Die Gouge?

spru Bedrock of the Community United States 12477 Posts	Posted 04/09/2017 12:56 am I found this tonight and for what's below the Memorial, my two thoughts were: die gouge or plating bubble. Seeing as it does not continue into the steps, I'm thinking this is a gouge. I also tried pushing down on it and nothing happened. But this seems pretty large - any possibility of it being a tilted Die Clash? Report this Post to the Staff

I was hesitant to call it Feeder Finger Damage because of the single location, severity and angle but, it could be that. That's about all I got.
