1989 Lincoln Cent...can't Identify Error

Bradezilla New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 04/10/2017 01:05 am Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum and just found this in my penny jar. Just inside the rim there appears to be what looks like a second rim running from by the date and all the way through the word "trust". After it goes through the T in trust the line gets a lot fainter and drops down on to the top of the head. From there it looks like a slight crack in the head but that was the spot I had the most trouble photographing. I think it may be some type of striking error but I really don't know.
