This Dime has I think errors on obverse and reverse. Double die on letters? Misaligned? number 8 over another number?

This coin (OP's) has several things going on, but nothing is a premium for it.
1. Machine Doubling reducing some of the dies devices.
2. Extreme die wear. Note how the closer to the rims a coin gets, how much wider the devices appear to be. But looking at them overall in size, you can see that the devices are more normal sized the closer in the devices area. Even the designer initials on the obverse are showing this die wear. Heavy die flow present on the fields.
3. The mintmark is showing a broken post. The center was not formed on the mintmark.
This coin might be saved as an education coin to show to a new collector. As it shows many things, but nothing collectable. Striking issues ( Machine Doubling), Die events, (die wear, die flow, device distortions and a broken post on the mintmark) Many things on a single coin. It may come in handy and if you spend it, you would probably kick yourself later for doing that. (As coin collectors, we can't keep silent when explaining our addiction to others)

Die flow is the lines you see on the fields that start in the center of the coin and slowly walk to the edge of the coin to meet the rim.
Die wear on the devices start on the devices that are closest to the rim direction. The constant movement of metal in the single direction, causes the die to wear on that area. Slowly it starts to show the device bigger looking on the areas farther from center of the die.

Eventually it gets even worse:

Note how the device enlarge and walk to the rim of the coin?
On your coin, the device are wider near the rim, but more normal looking farther from the rim.

Single squeeze dies in the VLDS die state enlarges the whole device:

Here is a circulated quarter with a strong DDO on the motto area"

Note despite the circulation wear you can still see the notching on the corners of the devices and also not the doubling is equal, not distorted like die wear causes. (Wider on the devices near the rim area, weaker on areas further away from the rim area)
