I have two 1994 Prisoner of War Memorial items. The words/strike of "Liberty", "In God We Trust", or the date "1994"are not on these coins. They also do not have mint marks on the back. One coin is silver the other is a gold tone. They have a proof/ mirror finish. Any help would be very much appreciated. Has anyone seen these before? Thank You, DuWayne

Without seeing an image of the reverse, I would have to say that it is some sort of silver round. The "missing" design details are what would differentiate a coin struck at the US Mint vs. a privately minted bullion round.

The missing details and the eagle differences differentiate this from a coin struck at the US Mint.
