I'm guessing its a VG8, the obverse looks to be more worn than the reverse. It might do well with an acetone bath.

I am not convinced that this is a genuine piece as it is not matching up to the known die states. the "S" is too low in relationship to the 9's and is not aligned vertically with the "0" for a die state#4

I agree with the assessment that this is a fake. Also agree with the G obverse, F reverse.
