I'd take PCGS grading of copper and the consistency of it over ICCS any time...

Grading for 'RED", I would absolutely agree with you.

Grading for technical grade, strongly disagree and I'll go with ICCS.

This 1964 1c helps to prove my point.

Do you really think ICCS would match the MS grade that PCGS gave it?

Not a chance.

Hmmm... I would say 67RD but I'm probably wrong.

There is no way that coin is a 67 IMO.

I can't see a 67 in this either. Like you said 1960NYGiants, a 65 and a shot at 66 is very possible. It does have great colour and appeal, but with the mark on the cheek, next to the A on Elizabeth and the R in Regina, I don't see 67.

Either way, beautiful coin! There's not much that beats lustrous copper
