This is probably not the correct place for this question, so mod's you can move if necessary. My book is at home and I have this question.

There is an aution with "Great Flags of America silver commemorative proof collection set" Can someone tell me what this is and an approximate value?

Is this even a U.S. Mint issue coin/set ?........I have a book and do not find anything with that name....what denomination of coin are they ?
I'm suspecting that this is a "private mint" issue thing such as "The Franklin Mint" or similar company.......maybe someone "colorizing" or "re-packaging" U.S. Minted coins to sell them to the public in some form or fashion.....happens all the time.

I have no idea what these are. I just saw the listing on a flyer for an auction. Might be something to investigate.
