How will RCM proceed with the SWR double heads etc. perceived issues with these sets. There are 10000 sets with a numbered COA. Many are returning these sets.

What does the RCM do:

1)Return purchase price and scrap the set, meaning less than 10,000 sets?

2)Fix rolls and return to purchasers.

3)Tell us how you would fix the issue.

I am curious to the thoughts of the community.
Thanks.

I would on RCM place:
Take back sets and do nothing with them, while sending to customer "correct" sets from the stock. When the stock is over - just to fill new rolls and put the COA back.
Dump the "incorrect" rolls into circulation.

This way - the effort is minimal, no actual re-work, all the 10000 (maximum of them) will be sold, no loss.
We speak basically about circulation coin in the piece of coloured paper.

Which would mean that they would have to go to reprint for a lot of commemorative wrappers as only 10,000 should have been printed for each denomination.

The rolls you will eventually find in the wild will be plastic shrink wraps, not commemorative paper ones.

I'd be shocked if they 'fix' the rolls.

Best guess, they offer a replacement that likely has the same issue. Or they simple give you a refund and sell the set to someone else.

As has been suggested, if you really want a perfect set, order a dozen, make a good set and send the rest back. GL.

This seems like it would have been well suited to be a poll question.
