I was wondering if the coin was ms too. Saw wear in BE of LIBERTY on the shield, the toe is mushy and of course, I don't see luster with all that toning. Will be interested in what TPG said but can't see this as an unc.

Here we go. Judging by the age of the slab, maybe they were more conservative then? Who knows... I got it today and love it. (paid $270 for it)
