I do not believe that this coin is original. It does seem to be MS details, I would say 63.
I suspect that since you are asking, there is a numerical grade assigned by a TPG , and it looks like PCGS which does not give numbers to details coins. So I assume that my assessment will not match the TPG "correct" answer. But that is my opinion...

Maybe only "market acceptable" dipping...

Market acceptable au55. Luster looks muted in center. Also looks lightly dipped, which did not wipe out all of the coin's luster. Oxidation in protected crevices only is unnatural and unattractive.

I agree with the market acceptable, but not original crowd. It kinda looks like it was lightly rubbed with a jewelers cloth.
