Without knowing the weights and/or diameters, these coins would be either 1/2 or 2 rumi altin coins from the Ottoman Empire. Both coins are of different years: the first is 1223/12, meaning 1819 in the Gregorian calendar; and the second one is 1223/11, meaning 1818. I will make no call on authenticity though, since I am not good at that.
