It looks like there might be some wear on the leaves on the reverse but it could just be verdigris. Its either AU-58 Details or MS details Red-Brown. If its MS, it looks like its a good candidate for restoration. An NGC graded MS-63 brown example went for $177.50 last month on ebay.
Along with on the leaves, I think I am seeing some light wear on the person's hair, so I am at AU-58. I really hope that verdigris can be removed safely because, if it can, it should make this already beautiful coin even nicer.
