VICTORIA COIN
picture of Victoria on one side
Then on other side says
T B A SEPt 21 1891
I've looked everywhere on the Web and in books.
The only thing I can think is I got myself an extrextremely rare coin.

Love token. Someone removed the reverse and added an inscription. I trust "TBA" doesn't stand for "To Be Announced."

First, welcome to CCF. Second, while there are some folks who collect love tokens, in general much of the numismatic value of this piece is gone. Third, in a quick web search, it looks to me like TBA as an acronym for "To be Announced" post-dates your coin. It seems likely to me that these are someone's initials, perhaps the initials of the engraver's beloved.

to CCF. Google search love token price guide. If it is silver it has silver value at least, but I think there is a collector of love tokens value as well.

There is a good market in love tokens, yours should be around £10.00

The TBA is almost certainly the initials of someone that the coin was dedicated to. A boy / girl friend, and the date would be that persons birth date or even perhaps date of their passing, maybe even wedding date.
I agree that the coin , depending on whether its a six pence, or a shilling, may be worth $10 to $20 to a collector of " Love " tokens
