I was looking through a roll of 1960 pennies when I found this. I believe it is a die break of some sort. Does anyone know what type of error this is and whether there is any premium for it? Thanks.

You have a die chip between the 6 and 0, it may be a couple of bucks premium.
Rest in Peace

Josh

Die chips are fairly common and don't generate a very high value...have seen a handful of these kinds go to a buck, not many collet them, just save for self when find them.

I usually throw them back. They are just a die chip. Very common on some years. Who would buy them?
