Well, it definitely does not look EF. There does appear to be a fair amount of details left, but looking at the words on the person's clothes, they are nearly worn away. The face also looks very worn, and so do the leaves on the other side. Even so, the other details are still quite apparent. Coming from someone with no experience in this type, I am thinking VF-25.
