Pictures aren't sharp enough to see all of the coin's details. You could try setting it on a surface so the manual shake only affects the camera hand, and not the hand holding the coin. It doesn't look like anything minted by the US. It could be a silver round?

I can't find it either but it looks like a silver bullion round and probably has something to do with this note:

All the coins like that I've found online from the American Mint are silver- or gold-plated copper. Avoid.

They are not "coins" at all, they are tokens of no real value other than the metal they are made of. They appear to be made of typical copper-nickel alloy so the metallic content is probably worth less than a dime.

They are sold as a curiosity and to sucker the willing into buying them. They will not appreciate in value.
