You could try setting it on a surface so the manual shake only affects the camera hand, and not the hand holding the coin. It doesn't look like anything minted by the US. It could be a silver round? They appear to be made of typical copper-nickel alloy so the metallic content is probably worth less than a dime. They are sold as a curiosity and to sucker the willing into buying them.
