Looks a lot like Caligula! But is it?

I can't seem to find a reference under Caligula...
The only reference I was able to find after some research is..

Claudius - Lydia, Philadelphia RPC 3034. (4.22g, 18mm)

Many of the examples IV seen look like Caligula but have a Claudius reference? Anyways, I'm trying to get to the bottom of this and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone please help confirm if this is in fact a coin under Caligula or Claudius

Thank you

Ty

Looking at the Wildwinds examples I believe you are correct

Claudius

Legend reads
Claudius Germanicus Caesar

Thanks for looking FVRIVS! I wanted to be sure before I message the seller.

Ty

EDIT- Just seen your email!

That's pretty interesting if even after his reign they continued using his bust because it does look a lot like Caligula!

Has this been done with other emperors?
