I think it's SWEDEN KARL X GUSTAV 1659 1/4 Ore Copper

People from Spain are trying to sell them for 25-75 bucks but none have sold recently on ebay for that Buy it Now price.

Here are others http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sweden-Copp...AOSwPCVX6y~F

Correct, but wrong Numista page

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces75462.html

Your coin is well centred and not too worn out, which is common among these coins. Lots of details still visible.

A common issue during medieval times was how centred the two sides were and it's not unusual to find coins with large parts of both sides being "outside" the coin.

I wish to say your coin is rare, but throughout medieval history, Sweden issued loads of copper coins. Out of most old coins you will find from Sweden, the vast majority are copper. This is because of large copper deposits located on Swedish soil. This is mostly the reason why Sweden issued plate "coins", weighing kilos in pure copper, to still issue coinage despite the lack of silver.
