hello I'm new to the forums and not sure if this is where to post this but I found a 1919 LWC that looks like doubling on the reverse of pluribus = RUBIS

I think what you are seeing is called Die Deterioration Doubling toward the rim, not an error.

In the future, use the "New Topic" button to create a thread of your own in the correct forum (e.g. "US Modern Variety and Error Coins").
