Nice pics on this cookiemonster. Can't weigh in on the coin though, I am not that familiar with the designs on the dollars to know if there is a problem.

For some reason the eyes on this issue have really creeped me out. The reverse proof is even worse. I just know that some night I'm going to wake up and that coin will be standing on my dresser just staring at me.

The upper image looks like the coin was struck with a fresher die leaving more detail.

Also the light direction is different The second image the light is from the right side of image and closer. The first images' lighting is from the same side, but at a different distance from the coin.

I prefer the first image compared to the second image.
