If the eagle side pic is correct this would be an XF since there seems detail missing in the top left wing feathers
If this coin was mine I would dump it for 24 hours in acetone because the effigy looks like it may nothing but fingerfat from a collector
and if fingerfat is obscuring detail on the eagleside it may come out AU or even MS
We sometimes gamble and buy a piece covered in fingerfat and sometimes it comes out of the acetone MS sometimes it comes out plain ugly
