1973-D LMC Is This An RPM?

Here we go again. My bad eyes thinks they see a split in the lower serif on the MM. So I blew it up on my camera and still see it. The red arrow is pointing to it.

There is also something going on on the right side of the center of the MM.

Just looking for opinions.

Looks more like a damaged punch issue from what I can see. (the punch maybe just be starting to distort)

I thought about that after I posted this. Kinda figured it might be since I cant see any splits in the top serif.
