Note really. They are die scrapes. Note how they flow behind the devices. The scrapes are on the fields of the die. (outside part of the die) I don't think anyone would collect these. But for images, that might be the main reason someone would want this coin.

I thought about that, but note they don't flow over the devices. The area on the 'WE' looks close, but they would flow over the tops of devices.
