Seems like some parts of the reverse dont have plating?

The split plating not only occurs on the mint mark area on the obverse, but also on the reverse on the tops of devices near the rim and sometimes on the columns and other areas on the reverse.

On your coin you can see the tell tale zinc gray on those areas.

Common on copper plated zinc cents - only worth one cent!
