Mark1959 Pillar of the Community 7234 Posts	Posted 04/28/2017 7:16 pm That's all MD - Kennedy halves are known to have MD. A recent roll of 40%'rs I bought had different degrees of MD on 12 of them. One was so doubled by the machine that I'll post it the next time I find it in my safe!! Report this Post to the Staff
Druu Pillar of the Community United States 1000 Posts	Posted 04/28/2017 10:11 pm x2 on what Mark said. I'm not sure if there are any DDR varieties of Kennedy halves. The reverse lettering will sometimes exhibit MD. I've seen it to the left side of his face as well. On bicentennial halves, I've seen MD on the INDEPENDENCE HALL lettering, which is pretty neat.
