Since St. Eric is the mint mark (Stockholm) and the "TS" monogram refers to Torsten Swensson, the mint master.
The mark for Eskilstuna looks a bit different, as you can see:

This would leave the mark as a designer mark for the coin or the portrait of the king. His or her name is what eludes me.
