Picked an average coin from a roll of UNC 1959D LWCs. Grade opinions please?

Thanks in advance,

Looks like a "first run" roll. Meaning rolled from a bank bag. Done long enough ago in paper wrapper, edge looks ED from moisture (Ocean air, salt maybe?) and turned brown. Knocks it down to MS62 and takes the RD away.

(Got some 57's and 60's just like 'em)= just like a stale jelly donut, crappy on the outside but good in the middle!

I think the light is exaggerating the obverse field distractions. Appears to be some dust on the coin, the reverse is outstanding. I see tons of cartwheel luster.
