Yes, I do believe MAD is correct for the obverse.

I think the chin area also got polished away.

The 5th images some light Grease Fill on the 'ERT' on LIBERTY. Nothing for a premium though on this coin. Pretty common stuff. The MAD is only a collectable if the devices fall over the edge of the coin. (which yours doesn't) Just a little miss alignment of the dies. If it were a collectable, it would look like this:

The things mentioned are to let you know what you have, but doesn't bring a premium for your coin. Sorry. Spendable.
