It not something on the coin? There looks like a hair to the left side. The angle doesn't exactly match the design?

Okay -- I looked around and if, as has been suggested, you can't knock it off with a toothpick, I would guess the die got scratched. Maybe on purpose -- mint tomfoolery.

Hang onto it. Let's see if any more turn up.
