I was wondering if you could help me with this coin, in hand coin has a more 'goldish' look.

Weight is 0,31gram.

That coin is not real (and probably brass). 1223/78 seems to be a very common date used for these, but it is an imitation of a gold Ottoman coin used for jewelry purposes. These are often referred to as belly dancer tokens.
