This isn't a coin. It's a gold bullion round and it's worth whatever 1/10 of an ounce of gold is worth. That number changes every day but Sunday.

I couldn't find anything about American Eagle Minting. My best guess is that these rounds were made to be sold as charms for someone who wanted a little bit of gold.

There might be some hints about its origins in the rest of the coins that you came across.

I just checked the spot price on gold and that little round is worth about $125.
