1957 One Dollar One Water Line Polished Die Variety?

Doing some research on this coin and could use some help. My best guess here is a one water line polished die variety. Seems uncirculated but how does one determine proof-like (which this seems like) from regular. The coin does not really do the luster cartwheels I would expect from a regular uncirculated coin but seems, well, proof-like.

I don't want to say it but will just to stir up some opinions but this coin looks cleaned/polished as compared to anything else condition wise.

Looks PL to me.
Has the telltale pebbly look on the queen's neck and shoulder.

But I dont think it's the 1WL variety; you can see traces of the other lines underneath the first one

3 WL Typical rough PL. This date is notorious for rough looking PL coins.
