I believe this is the dot between 9 and 5 variety. Anyone wish to confirm or deny this? And since I am quite new at these, would this be SF and PL or just really reflective? I still can not figure out PL from normal UNC coins. Thanks in advance!

looks like a large date, shoulder fold 53, also looks like it may be a Proof Like coin.
