I got this Belgium coin.
The date is missing the 1. It does not seems that it was removed after minting.
Any opinion about this?

If this was a US coin I would say " Grease Filled Die" in the one. I assume the same would apply to Belgiun coins as well. Use Search Coin Community in upper left corner for more info.
