Hi guys.
I see this for sale on a facebook group as a gold dollar. Just wanted to know what y'all think? My thought was it doesn't say it's a dollar and details seem mushy.
Just curious with all the fake stuff out there.

Yeah? I thought so but these aren't my expertise. That's to bad. Now the moral question.Do I say something? I think the current bid is 150.

What is the seller representing it as? Looks like a crude replica of a pattern coin.

Is it on ebay?

I have no idea what the person who made it was even trying to make it be. It does not look like any US pattern I am aware of at all. The design on the reverse rings zero bells.

It's being sold on a facebook site as a gold dollar. Though it doesn't say dollar.

Fake all day long, as others have said it doesn't remotely favor any real US gold dollar

Oh I'm not looking to buy. I have been in the counterfeit section on here enough to know it looked off. Since its not my area I thought I'd ask. I had to be sure before I called it out. Ill see what the people bidding and the op say because the current bid is at 145.00
