I'm still learning about MD/DD/DDD on those incuse designs so I'll wait for others. I wanted to say nice pics!

Die Deterioration Doubling (and some MD on the devices)- looks pretty cool though. Have a few and some look tripled. I really like these quarters

whats funny with the bird is the tail goes low and the wings go high,and the body is bold ,plus he has a die chip under it ,die chip on top of rock too!

yes very cool quarter with MD.. I think some extreme MD coins should be collectible with a higher value..time will tell.. MD is very common but the extreme ones with large spread or tripling should count for something.. the ones that really get your attention!! :) Nice find

Interesting find. That's a Red Tail Hawk. The chip over the rocks got bigger in later die stages and looks like another pile of rocks.

The lines on the tips of the wings are part of die scratches that have not finished fading. In the open fields these die scratches will flatten out. But where they are inside of devices and where they touch devices, they last a lot longer. So they may appear as something, but they are just left over die scratches that have not faded away yet.
